Any animal found to have fleas or worms, will be treated at the owners expense.
Charges
We can accommodate you pets for as long or short a time as you wish. Long stays (6 weeks plus) attract a discount, except at peak times such as Christmas/New Year, Easter, etc.
Our charges go by the calendar day, so for example, a stay from Friday to Monday would count as four days.
Please note, we do not increase our prices at peak times: however, at such times, all days booked will be charged for, regardless of whether your pet goes home early or not.
EFTPOS facilities are available, but not the credit card option.
Opening Hours
To enable us to care for your pets, and for them to settle into the routines, we require our hours to be followed strictly. We are open Thursday to Tuesday from 9-11am and 4-6pm. Closed on Wednesday. We do of course make exceptions for emergencies.
